Warranty Policy

WARRANTY POLICY:

Please Note that warranty policy differ from product line to product line, each brand we sell has its own warranty terms and conditions. Please find below warranty terms as follows:

For Meanwell Brand SMPS:

  1. Warranty period will be one year from date of invoice.
  2. Warranty will be in the way of Repair Support, NO replacement.

Pl. note:

Warranty would be void if power supply failed because of any of the following reasons:

  1. Exposure to High I/P voltage or Surge & Damage beyond repair.
  2. Wrong wiring.
  3. Water seepage / Dust accumulation inside the SMPS damaging the PCB.
  4. Mechanical Damage.

PS: All warranty claims will be subject to our company approval and discretion only.

For KYPTEC Brand Products:

  1. Warranty period will be one year from date of invoice.
  2. Warranty will be valid for any manufacturing defect.
  3. Warranty will be applicable only when it's used as per specification.
  4. warranty will be void if wrong usage, mishandling, wrong fitting, mechanical or electrical damage etc.
